Some nice shots there mate; how did the ones in the air turn out? Not well?

Cheers for posting.

Very nice. Clouds provide a good contrast for the ground shots and those Spitfire ones are lovely.

Nothing wrong with those

They could have called in a Typhoon but it is what it is.

What was the serial of the F-35 - I do like a caption.

Serial was ZM145

Shots in the air (Spitfire excluded) where OK at best so I didnt post. Here is the flypast - 4

I know you meant to put ZM145 but the irony is that XM145 was indeed an EE Lightning F.1

You can't beat a good operational backdrop! I needed at least one of those Hymacs & I can't quite see the ID. plate on that Road-roller. ;)
Great job of getting anything from that poor showing. Airborne Spitfire is excellent, but not £50 of excellence! :O

Nice quality photos of the event though with some good clouds in the sky

Supprised at just how big the F-35 is when compared to the Torndo, did not think it was of that sort of size, nice shots from restricted event

Yes, me too. From the "plastic pigs" that have been around a couple of years (and based on A-Models I think) I would have guessed it was more Harrier size than GR4 but side by side they are a lot closer. Still think the F35B is butt ugly and the "hump" behind the cockpit for the fan does not help it in anyway, its very pronounced. I can see how its got front aspect stealth but the side is very large in profile. I honestly can't workout how they fit the gunpod underneath it when you see how those doors hang!

£50??? That's scandalous. Is that going towards the cost of the F-35s? Nice Spit pics and the Tonka formation was worth posting.
