RAF Cosford Airshow 2018 (Pic Heavy)

I do hope you're all still up for some more photos from Cosford and aren't completely bored of it by now!

Shame the lighting was a bit hazy and into the sun in the morning, stood on the right side of crowd centre, the sun eventually moved around and lit some of the display items rather nicely as they passed crowd centre.

Statics first - the static display was probably the best I've seen in years in terms of layout, from old to new. The thought that went into it really paid off.

The show began with the RAF Falcons - I don't normally photograph parachutists, but I ended up in a good spot to get them 'stacked' above me

The Red Bull Bo-105 was very interesting to see! I've seen helicopter aerobatics plenty of times, but this display still managed to surprise me at times!

Nice selection which really does the flying display justice. You've caught the MiG-29 from all angles. You must have got around the static early doors before the sun broke through as conditions were better from mid morning with blue sky. Expect you were on the crowd line by then!

F3, I originally didn't plan to do the statics at all! I found a spot near the front and dumped my stuff, after going around himself my dad came and joined me and told me how good it was - at which point I made a mad dash through it all before the flying started!
