Malta Air Show 2017

Went for a long weekend to Malta for the Airshow, a splendid weekend with some fantastic locals who helped immensely in getting these shots from various parts of the Airport.

This is just a small selection so i will start off with the star item for me, And to get it with Fireworks really pleased me




Turkish Stars pulling up after completing the dispaly on Sunday, with Ground crew welcome



One of four Turkish supports was the Solo Turk C130, along with one other 130 + two A400's

The Saudi's also supported Malta this year



And one of Four different C130's to support the Hawks





One of two RAF Tornados, although this one is heading back to park 4 after going tech as it lined up to depart.





And now the locals

That is some set, the Ukrainian An-30 for me but they are all excellent.

Very nice shots indeed; and a good range of subject matter in great light. No. 1 of the An-30 for me. Two questions: whose is the Falcon trijet; and what sort of exposure time(s) were you using for the fireworks shots?

The Afalcon is French Navy, rounders missing because of it just coming from Maintenance. The nights shots range from 20 to 30 second exposures
