Night at the (Gatwick Aviation) Museum

Post by Buccs2b » Mon Sep 25, 2017 4:51 pm

My first experience of an event organised by Threshold Aero and it was very very good. The Threshold guys keep it simple and let the subjects do the talking. A big thank you to the team from Threshold Aero (even Andy :P ) and Gatwick Aviation Museum for hosting the event. The setup was internal and external subjects with aircraft mostly being lit in turn. Anyway, here goes.

1. Starting with the last first. The Meteor was the most challenging when illimunated:

2. Sea Vixen:

3. Sea Prentice, illuminated only bty the light from the hangar:

4. Lightning:

5. Shackleton:

Hope they are of some interest
