Lossie Friends and Families Day 5/8

Post by np1991 » Wed Aug 16, 2017 7:05 pm

Hi all,
Just a couple from Lossiemouth's Friend and Families day held on August 5th.

Flying display was BAE's Avron Anson, Coastguard S-92, RAF Tutor,RAF Typhoon and an added bonus of 3x F-18s from the USS George H W Bush doing a fly through. While the static was 2x IV(R) Squadron Hawk T2s, RAF A400, Lossie based Typhoons and a Royal Navy Merlin HM2 which was up here on TDY.
Anyway, in no particular order:

Nice set Niall. I wasn't able to get down, but was lucky enough to get a couple of shots of the Anson on it's way to Lossie. Lovely to see the close ups.

Nice set, esp liking the flying shot of the Anson which is actually enhanced by the grey sky. Have a particular affection for this a/c as it flew over my house recently en route to a display nr Leeds!

Captain Scarlet is indestructable, you are not! Remember this, do not try to imitate him.
