I spent a wonderful afternoon and early evening at Old Warden yesterday. If only other venues could be as relaxed and friendly!

I don't think there is a better venue for photographing aircraft in the UK....

Thanks Dan. I'm pleased you like them. I am a bit of a Hurricane fan, so seeing the three of them in formation was a real treat in the late afternoon sun.

I believe that the one from Wacky Races is a Bristol Bullet and a nice pic of it it is too. I've always wanted to see it fly but it's been in bits every time I've been to Old Warden!
