A few pictures from a memorable day out, in excellent company, at Cosford. One day the wind will die down a bit, I just hope it's sometime this year. As has been said, it does cause problems with photography and, combined with tricky light, meant far fewer clicks on Sunday. On the up side, it was nice to just watch the flying for a change. Got in nice and early with no issues and it was equally easy to leave. They've probably got the traffic management about right now. Much has been said of the positioning of the Red Arrows display - it reminded me of Glastonbury with its alternative stages - so no need to go into that, except to say that it was probably a good thing that the Typhoon was spared the embarrassment. Such was the strength and variety of the show that the cancellations were largely forgotten about, well done and thank you to the organising team.
