RAF Cosford TLE night-shoot 16 Jan.

Post by Wallace » Thu Jan 19, 2017 11:43 pm

Photos from the Monday evening TLE night-shoot at Cosford.

Thanks to Neil, the RAF and the rest of the TLE crew for this event.

A rather unloved Jet Provost, with a lot of hangar rash

I loaned my tripod out to a friend who suffered a tripod malfunction, so I tried my hand a free-hold zoom blur. I shot this one to death last November.

There really was red and blue gel lighting.

Unusual presentation of the serial, the M number is here on some Jags.

Neil walked through my shot. I had a hearty laugh andreshot it but this one had more character.

They dragged this one out of the pens behind hangar 2, the light was going by this stage so the ISO got cranked up.

I love this one to bits. Just a pity that I could not get some detail shots of the various bits and pieces.

The RAF crew, doing what they do best, milling around waiting to go home. Thanks guys, we appreciated you giving up your time to help.

Nice pics Wallace,

I do hope they put one of the ex RAF Germany Jaguars into Hendon....Sure Spotty is nice and all that, but the ones that still have the markings of the German based Squadrons have a little more Cold War history to them..
