A few images from the official unveiling of cockpit section XL388 taken at South Yorkshire Air Museum this weekend. The aircraft has been beautifully restored taking roughly 18 months to do so and now sits in 'Mayflower III' IX (B) squadron markings which she wore 56 years ago while based at RAF Coningsby. Hats off to all the volunteers involved shes a beauty!!
