Crying and drooling in equal measures

Fantastic line-up captured beautifully - especially like the ground-level shot.

Cheers from a Lightning-era fan :thumb:

Very nice indeed. I remember the AFDS and 74 Sqn Lightnings at RAF Coltishall in the early 1960s - great times! I'm rather confused about the captions for the 111 Sqn and 56 Sqn marked a/c - same a/c with 111 Sqn markings on port side (as XR713) and 56 Sqn markings on starboard side (as XR718)? - but what is it really?

Really XR713.
XR718 is privately owned somewhere in Yorkshire
