Classic types in good light. Nice to see ZD953 - my one and only Tristar flight back in 1990 when on ATC Summer Camp at Halton - nearly 4 hours refuelling Phantoms and Tornados.

Lovely!!. I was a Staff Cadet on 613 Gliding School at Halton, and had my first flight ever there. Flew in a TU134 in the Ukraine more years ago than I care to remember.

Super quality pics of some iconic a/c. VC -10 esp good a British design classic from the days when we could design, build and market airliners. Sadly no more, altho' we are building engine components for Boeing here in Rotherham.
