Can anyone help with one of the above coded CC-07 which was seen flying over Rome on 31/12/16, all records I can find show this airframe being written off some years ago, unfortunately my photo is not clear enough to read the serial but the code is very clear, any help will be appreciated.

There have been two different CC-07s.
The first one, MM81206, was the one that was W/O.
