here is a selection of my shots from Konya, when I was fortunate to be a whole week during Anatolian Eagle 2012-2 able to shoot on base. We had excellent photo-points and a big "Thank You" must go to everyone involved of the Turkish General Staff
in Ankara, and in Konya/Izmir too. And all the crews and ground crews that worked hard to make this shooting happen....Everyone did an extraordinary job to make this visit happen..... A story can be also seen in the current issue of AIR FORCES MONTHLY Sept. 2012, called "TRAIN AS U FIGHT" with more info about AE 2012-2 too.
It was once again a very enjoyable week in Konya, and even chilly evenings spent with all participants after two missions each day.
Luckily the weather was on our side again, and we had awesome conditions during the whole week and even the nights - off course
