Ranger 75 at Edinburgh 10/01/18

Morning

Got this last night on an over-night stop at Edinburgh. Can anyone advise if this is the only C-130 (169229) that VMGR-234
has with a 'toned down' Texas flag covering the tail - or is this going to be the standard for VMGR-234 aircraft ?
