Lossie 16th Nov

Post by Black Mike » Thu Nov 23, 2017 6:58 pm

I managed to scrounge a day off work and made the short trek up the road. As this was probably the only day I could get off during the deployment I was hoping for a good day.
I wasn't disappointed but it was damn cold but well worth the visit and with loads of Typhoon flying too, it made a great day out.
The night shots were a bit hit and miss as it was quite windy and the tripod was ineffective so I bumped up the ISO and shot hand held. Anything between ISO3200 and 8000 and 1/3s to 1/25s. They came out not too bad considering.

It was a tough call whether to stay at the fence or come and help you with the renovations :)
