Wow! what a great morning at Lakenheath - Twenty five F-16 !

There will be many great pics of these - I just wanted to try and join in!

The Thunderbirds were fantastic to see - roll on RIAT

Nice, wish I'd been there!
Todays Thunderbirds tour of the UK was photographed from their 2-seater with the results posted on the Thunderbirds Facebook page. In one shot, overhead Lakenheath, all 18 SP F-16's can be seen on the ramp.

Thanks again for the comments, very much appreciated.

I was listening to the Tbirds over Duxford and realized I was on the wrong side of the sun (because my mate wanted to go back to the car and eat his sandwiches) and didn't have time to get back around to the forest entrance. They suddenly appeared from nowhere so it was just a point and shoot but I was pleasantly surprised at the result.

Drove past Spang today, bit quiet apart from a couple of C17's and a NATO E3 doing circuits.... should've stayed home!
