Warbirds Over Paso 2013

Post by Zahc » Tue Oct 08, 2013 11:52 pm

I was lucky enough to be invited to Paso Robles Estrella WarBirds Museum, along with the C130K we were in.
No doubt the following images will not be to everyone's taste, but my colleagues like them.

Hi Chaz :P

It's good to see what someone with better skills and software than me can do :thumb:

I for one applaud the results, but I really would like to have seen those wonderful machines just as you took them as well

Best regards

Paddyboy

Very nice, not seen this effect before, bit like a soft HDR. Would you be so kind to explain how you did them?

I take the original RAW image, under and over expose it, layer the 3 and use photomatix pro to tweak it.

I absolutely love all of the shots but Like paddy would like to see them without the HDR effect.

I keep going back to the first one... man that's killer!
Canon 5D MkIII
Canon 7D MkII
Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II
Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM

I hide some of my shots HERE
