Bit of a clue in title but for the unaware 2nd only to Oshkosh as an event for aircraft numbers all be it fly-in type. Recent years has become more like a USA airshow. Google your is friend for their web site also look up some of my old postings. Great sunshine too ! Cheers

Sun 'n' Fun is in the same place it has been for decades...

Why does everyone expect the information handed to them on a plate?!

Sure have 9 times, originally and still to some extent a fly-in like a mini Oshkosh. The vintage light and classics great with a few war birds then.
Now it is changing to more of an airshow in a attempt to generate more revenue hence the military input. Best to start the your visit the day before the opening.Often used by new restoration war birds as a run up to Oshkosh.

Good to combine with other events when they coincide like Mac Dill, Punta Gorda and the North American training event . Please don't ask me guys what these events are and located, do your own homework, vital to get the best out of our passion especially if visiting the States.
Hope of some help . Terry
