phpBB Error

Just noticed this appear on a the index page a couple of times as I've been browsing:

[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/includes/functions_display.php on line 113: include([ROOT]/includes/mods/advanced_last_topic_titles.php): failed to open stream: Too many open files in system

Doesn't affect anything, but thought you might want to know

I also have been getting, for the last couple of days, a 'cannot display this page' screen after 'waiting for fighter control' appears at the top of the screen.

After diagnosing no problems and closing the diagnostics, the previously requested screen comes up instantly

This is occurring on my desktop running Windows 7, but not on my laptop running Windows 8

Any clues, guys

Yeah we're currently troubleshooting a few server issues at the moment related to this!

As MikeB said, we are looking at a couple of issues recently and slowing implementing fixes in a controlled manner. Thanks for letting us know though, we aren't always aware of every issue and would rather know about it either here or via PM to one of the team so we can look into
