Hello, when i tried logging in from my phone, i got a message stating that my ip is blocked. I have managed to log in from a different phone though to post this .
Any suggestions?

One your phone, put it in to airplane mode or disable your data connection. Wait five minutes, come back, disable airplane mode or re-enable your data connection and it should work.
