I think it's an excellent idea as all aircraft are of interest to me to a degree. Would I be correct in assuming that we will have to register separately?

Yup, we could transfer the registrations across, but thought it best that the people who want to be a member sign up themselves.

Im glad this is being launched, I love fast jets and all that goes with them, but as I am not a fighter pilot (wanted to be one) I have had to take second best, and that is to pass the PPL licence. Doesn't mean to say that when I'm up in my Cessna 172 I dont think about flying low, or linning my "sights" on a fellow pilot flying around . I love flying and all that it brings, fast jets and turning and burning is very exciting, but so is just being up there and marveling at flight it self. Good luck on the new forum I for one will register and add anything I think you guys might find of intrest. Keep up the good work, cant wait to get a camera so I too can contribute to this fine web site both millitary and civil.

Works for me. I live slap bang between 27L & 27R at LHR 4 dme and they come over the house at 1300 feet. Am also on another Heathrow forum so will try and post a few things for this one if i get a chance to.

Good work guys, not as interesting to me as FC but as i live in london and Drive round LHR's perimeter 3-4 times a week and see/hear some interesting things (to some) ill will be signing in and checking in from time to time.
