Just hope it does'nt stop me logging in from work again!! The change of server before this one could'nt get through my i.t sensors in work so I have my fingers crossed!

Weve had no dramas with anyone logging into the new server site, even those that are still having problems accessing this site.

So far so good, fingers crossed it solves all the previous problems. Weve done alot of fault finding and testing and pretty sure this is the way forward.

Shouldn't be any problems Jeff, we're just moving this forum to a new server. So if it gets past the work IT filters using this server, I can't see why it won't on the new one

Server down tonight from around 2300 ish for upto 24 hours, although more than likely to be about 4-8 hours.

Sorry for the huge delay in getting back online, the web server was ready within an hour, however when our host released the fightercontrol.co.uk domain from the old server it didn't go through correctly and hung. It wasn't until Dunk rang them this morning to see why it hadn't released that they realised it didn't go through and re-released it.

Just what I did'nt need.......the new server will not get past the I.T filters in work

Back to the odd hour per week from home again in the evenings.
