Difficulty connecting to FC

Hi Guys
I am making enquiries on behalf of a friend of mine, he as been in Australia since August of this year and
arrived back home a week ago.He as been a member of FC since it came into existence,as a FC member myself i explained to him that he had to re-register before he could access FC,after days of trying he is
still having difficulty accessing FC.I read the threads relating to "Difficulty connecting to FC" and sent
them on to him via e-mail hoping that this would shed some light on the problem but he is still having
problems,can anyone offer any advice please as to what to do next all suggestions/advice would be
gratefully appreciated.
