Is there a skin available for the previous look? I don't like this current one at all. It's just one huge wall of various blue shades.

In fact I can't even find the link in my profile to change skins. It should be under board preferences but it's not there.

No, afraid not. The old theme had to be re-written, this one is almost identical to the old one though. The layout of some areas has changed due to the new version of software however.c32tracker wrote: ↑Sat May 12, 2018 5:33 pmIs there a skin available for the previous look? The layout is OK - as you say, very similar to the old one, no complaints there, but this overwhelming amount of eye-piercing blue everywhere is not good on the eyes. The only non-blue colour I'm seeing is the quote box around other people's posts. Can you introduce some other more neutral colours to the palette please. I am familiar with phpBB board and know there are literally thousands to choose from.

Hi,
Is the option to view unread messages still available?
Thanks

I will look in to but not top of the list i'm afraid. As i mentioned, the color scheme is 95% the same as it was pre-upgrade. Unless you are seeing something different to me?c32tracker wrote: ↑Sat May 12, 2018 5:43 pmThe layout is OK - as you say, very similar to the old one, no complaints there, but this overwhelming amount of eye-piercing blue everywhere is not good on the eyes. Loads of white for me - literally the entire middle of the page!c32tracker wrote: ↑Sat May 12, 2018 5:43 pmThe layout is OK - as you say, very similar to the old one, no complaints there, but this overwhelming amount of eye-piercing blue everywhere is not good on the eyes. Yes if I turn my screen brightness and contrast back up to normal levels it is quite ridiculous. Far too bright and blue. I've had to turn mine down even more to make it a bit more bearable. I don't understand why the need for every panel, screen, side-bar, window, compose screen, menu has to be such an eye-piercing BLUE when there are thousands of skins available which with 1 click in the admin settings can be enabled for the users to choose from to suit their own preference. I'm extremely sensitive to PWM blue screens and this excessive blue makes it uncomfortable to use now.EGVP wrote: ↑Sat May 12, 2018 5:46 pmLoads of white for me - literally the entire middle of the page!c32tracker wrote: ↑Sat May 12, 2018 5:43 pmThe layout is OK - as you say, very similar to the old one, no complaints there, but this overwhelming amount of eye-piercing blue everywhere is not good on the eyes. c32tracker - i'm really not sure that you are seeing the same as everyone else. There is no 'eye-piercing blue' that i can see. I have sent you a PM with my email address, if you would be so kind to send a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Re: Forum Upgrade - Complete
Hmm, I wonder if you see something different to me. The background is a dark blue, with a central column of white and pale blues.
It looks like this for me:

I am getting the mpb advertisement below the fighter control logo in the title bar so it is expanding the whole panel downwards

^ Me too. Wall to wall BLUE with greyey BLUE background. The soft creamy yellow accents on the previous skin made all the difference.

Ok, now i'm even more confused. As far as I know, there were no soft creamy yellow accents on the previous skin. The old skin was exactly the same as the current skin over on Civilian Aviation (which hasn't been upgraded yet) - http://www.civilianaviation.co.uk . I'm not seeing much of a difference between that and this one.c32tracker wrote: ↑Sat May 12, 2018 6:08 pm^ Me too. Wall to wall BLUE with greyey BLUE background. All the menus, posts and quotes are half grey, half cream/green (or whatever colour it's meant to be). There is no endless blue there like we're seeing here. Every post and forum menu here now is some shade of the same greyey blue hue, there's no variance to break it up and give it some life, and an abundance of blue is very bad for those with eyes sensitive to PWM.Zymurgy661 wrote: ↑Sat May 12, 2018 6:13 pmOk, now i'm even more confused.
