For those that think it's early, the 'normal' FC style is still available in the user control panel. Just go to the Board Preferences -> Edit Global Settings section and choose FighterControl under 'My Board Style' to override the default

Has that option always been there or just this year? Apart from currently being a bit "bah humbug-ish" at the moment, I do find the seasonal icons harder on the eye. Maybe I'll switch for a day or two around the 25th!

This is just my opinion and comments, please feel free to offer alternatives.

It is a little early but still December, the month of Christmas and Goodwill. May I thank the operators of FC for another year of providing entertainment, information & fun?
To the Planks, please keep posting; to the Nice Guys, ditto.
To the Service personnel, my guess is that most people appreciate what you have and will be doing - don't be concerned about the dissenters, as the saying goes, "they are all mouth & trousers".
Well, that's me done, in more ways than one !
