Suggestion - TV and other information

Just wondered whether it would be worthwhile having a separate forum in which details of upcoming tv programmes, film, radio etc could be posted to give everyone a heads up as to 'whats on'. I know these topics are covered in 'The Mess' but I wonder if that is best used for 'hard news' and the TV etc could be elsewhere.

Do we really need an extra section on the forum?

Surely "The Mess" is the place to post aviation-related stuff that's going to be on TV.

Personally, i would think that the Mess is the correct place at the moment especially given the volume of posts relating to TV shows that i don't think warrants its own section.

However, maybe it might be worth its own sticky in the Mess similar to the Books one?

Yup, that sounds good to me - I hate to think how newbies get on with navigating around FC, there are a huge amount of sections already and yet another really isn't required.
