In the Fighter Control Mess I have sorting set to :-
All Topics
By post time
Descending
yet I have posts from earlier this month, last month, March and February appearing before today's posts.
I'm sure this didn't happen previously.
Is it me or is there an underlying problem?

They're probably the sticky posts that used to appear in their own little section at the start. It's on Adam's earlier list.

Update on progress so far -

Missing icons on some post types - Should be fixed now, anyone notices any missing icons please let me know
Sticky threads no longer in their own section - fix put in place to separate sticky threads. Need to make minor change to the section title to make it clearer but at least easier to view now

Still being looked at -

Mobile theme doesn’t have ‘last post’ column - quick and dirty workaround put in place so that the ‘last post’ column is visible on mobile phones however this only works in landscape mode. It is unlikely that a resolution for portrait mode will be found at this time.
Mobile theme header images out of position - being investigated (this includes iPad screens)
Desktop theme ‘last post’ column small - particularly noticeable on larger screens. The size of the column has been increased and just working on making the post title section longer so that it isn’t truncated
NEW - Left hand column of posts too large - not started, need to look in to
NEW - understanding icons post to be updated - it's many years out of date, will work on an updated one based on this version of the board

Afraid no more progress on any of these until next week now as off to Tiger Meet!

Indeed, well done for that.

Connected with that, would it be possible to change the title of the block from "Topics" to Stickies" and similarly for the Announcements. Obviously, to be done when convenient as it is such a minor issue.

This has actually been referenced already by Adam just above, and will be amended in due time.

Thanks, Sam.
For some reason, the word "title" failed to make an impression on my brain.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this...
I had an email saying I had a new PM but it's not showing up in my inbox. Luckily I can read it on the email, not a biggie, but thought I'd mention it.
Everything else on here looks, and works great, well done.
Dave.

If you can read it on the email it sounds like you have received an email, as opposed to a PM, in which case it is working as intended. :thumb:

Just FYI - all these are still being looked at, just have a lack of time at the moment.

Just in case you Mods have forgotten, most of us appreciate what you do. It's just that some of us might express our thanks in a strange way

I second this, I am really appreciative of the work you guys do keeping this forum going, it's great to be a part of it.. :thumb:
If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!

End quote.

Oh, how silly do I feel now !!!!
Thank you, I checked the email and you are right, it IS an email, not a PM.
Thanks Dave.
