Specialist Comp - Nov 2009 - 216 Sqn - Win Squadron Visit
Photography Competition Rules - Please Read Very Carefully.
As November 2009 is the 1 year anniversary of the Fighter Control Photography Competitions and the new Fighter Control team, we have arranged a special prize for this month’s specialist competition (See Below for further details).
1. Only one entry per user, unless posting on behalf of another person who is unable to do so themselves (children for example). If this is the case, please state so on your entry.
2. The photograph can have been taken at any time.
3. The photo for this month only, must be of a 216 Sqn aircraft, from any time in 216 Sqn's history, providing the speicifc aircraft was operated by 216 Sqn at one point in time.
4. The image can be photo-shopped to some extent, levels changes, cropping, sharpening etc are all acceptable. The photograph must retain it’s initial subject though, don’t make it something it’s not, (cutting and pasting the moon into the shot, for example). HDR images are not acceptable. If you are unsure, please PM a moderator.
5. The competition will remain open until 23.59 on the 1 December 2009, to enable anyone with last minute entries some breathing space
6. The voting will be carried out the 216 Squadron Commander - Wing Commander Steve Chadwick and Flt Lt Timothy Hamilton. Moderators/Administrators will not be exempt from the competition.
7. The voting decision is final.
8. All images must be posted in line with the usual FC posting rules (Rules Clicky)
9. The rules may be subject to change, and these will be posted on this thread.
10. Important! - All submissions to this competition automaticly agree that you will provide a high res version of the image if requested for 216 Sqn's personal use ONLY (216 Sqn will NOT use the image for any sort of financial gain, just for the Sqn's history books and possibly for Sqn Publicity (framed and put on the wall at the Sqn.). Copyright credit will be in displayed when possible.
