Hi Taff,

I got down there about 10am when a Hawk T2 was ushered off due to being double booked with 2 other Hawks. They proceeded with bombing and straffing prior to the arrival of 2 Super Etendards who put on a lively show under the control of JTACs within the range. I have some photos and video but my camera is not the best so not worth posting really.

When you get round to listening please could you remind me of the Etendards callsigns? Thanks

Arthur

Hello Arthur,
The Rafales have been using 'Kimono' and the SEMs have been using 'Quaker'.

The jets you were watching on Thurs were Quaker 62 and Quaker 63.

I hope your friend enjoyed the visit,

regards

GJ

Yes Quaker, now I recall thanks GJ, nice to see you again today. My dad thoroughly enjoyed the spectacle even though his eyesight is poor now.

I think he was most impressed with the Hawks.
