Not Ranges more Low Level?

Not quite Ranges but I am interested to know where would be termed the Scottish Equivelent of Mach Loop? Also what are the best frequencies?

There isn't a loop as such. Selkirk - moffat valley is the most commonly used, but still very very quiet

I was thinking more about the North e.g The Highlands, Cairngorms, North and South of Lossie? North of The Forth.
