Sennybridge Ex Griffin Strike 20/04/16

Spent a few hours in the Sennybridge/Mynydd Eppynt ranges last Wednesday. 3 Commando Royal Marines had sent up a camp in and and around Sennybridge. Never seen so many soldiers/marines!. Saw the following

AW159 Wildcat callsign Marine 13 (ZZ394) worked the Eppynt ranges from 10am-12pm

Chinook HC4 (ZA680/AH) arrived at the camp from Templeton/Castlemartin at 1500L, quick stop and departed back west at 1507L.

Merlin HC3 (ZJ136/U) picked up troops at 1600 on the Eppynt range, departed at 1600 eastbound.
