My Uncle Arthur who lived in Scarborough would go to the local butcher ask for a Sheeps Head and request the butcher" left the sheeps eyes in to see the family through the rest of the week".

He had a dairy and on his milk floats he had the legend "You can whip my Cream, but you can't Beat my Milk."
