Scampton 8/9
You can read off the Canadian and EF-2000 from the track that runs parallel to the runway opposite the hangars
188783 and 30+77
Pair of French Alpha jets in special marks
Could make out a GR.4 code 066
Can't see anything on static from park and view

Guys - did an OV-10 Bronco arrive today? Their website has one due and one flew over Bury St Edmunds just before 1pm today heading SE-NW.

Re: Scampton 8/9
Brilliant - many thanks.
Re: Scampton 8/9
Reference made to a second F-4F with HHA in posts.
News to me ....when did 2nd one arrive please? Thought the first one (37+89) was a spares source for an airworthy machine? Yet another museum piece in the making at Scampton?

Re: Scampton 8/9
Probably my mistake - I thought I read about 38+48 as well
Re: Scampton 8/9
This is the machine that has been allocated ZK848 (that took a lot of thought!) for HHA but has yet to arrive in the sunny skies of Lincolnshireslogen51 wrote:Probably my mistake - I thought I read about 38+48 as well
Re: Scampton 8/9
Just to confirm Phantom is 37+89 and is ground instruction at present the other one is being prepared in Germany. The second Tornado is ZG 775.
Does any one have the serial of the Sentinel that was in the fly past yesterday.
