One hundred years ago today, 29th January

My 18 year old Great Uncle was killed fighting in France. His older brother was also killed about four months later. Both were in the Sherwood Foresters.
Their home was in the area over which the Reds have been training again this week. Poppies or Hawks, same colour, same sentiment.
We will remember them.
