As I posted just now in the Flying Legends 2018 thread,
I've been to the last few Legends, and - not being that "impressed" (unfortunately!) - decided not to go to the 2018 event. But, some time ago, I received an envelope (presumably from the FL organisers!) with a ticket and Parking Permit for FL 2018 (neither of which I had actually purchased AFAIK).
Big Surprise after I finally informed IWM/TFC about the tickets (there actually 2) - I got a phone to tell me that it seems I had won them in a "Flypast" mag draw, but Flypast never told me that!
Now the dilema is still - do I/we go, or don't I/we? Given the very hot weather now and forecast - and the fact that we are already suffering badly from the heat - then the answer has to be No.
In the phone call, I was told that I can do what I like with these tickets, and so, does anyone want to make me a "reasonable offer" (by Paypal Gift for preference) for the 2 tickets (there are no names on them) and the Parking Permit? Be quick and I can post them tomorrow, RM 1st Class Signed For.
Did you know that registration to Fighter Control is completely free and brings you lots of added features? Find out more....
Sunday 15th July - Flying Legends - 2 Tickets & Parking Permit

35 views but no offers
So does anyone consider something like £35 for the 2 tickets & the Parking Permit to be "reasonable"?

I'm not sure anyone would be particularly happy about paying you for something you won in a competition! Perhaps you could post them back to the magazine and ask that they re-draw?

@EGVP
Over the years, I've spent a lot of cash going to Duxford, and often "losing on the day" because I bought tickets for both of us - but then SWMBO (and sometimes both of us) wasn't well enough to come along (as well as spending a lot more on Flypast subs for many years!). Thus I don't feel that I am doing anything "unethical" in offering a "cheap deal" to someone else who still wants to go!
Anyway, I doubt there would be time to send the tickets back to Flypast, and then for them to reallocate and send them to ANOTHER - if they could?

Only just got the messages and PM'd my reply - which explains why I didn't reply before (wife's car now has a blown motor with oil in the water header tank and all over the floor - so been looking for a new car )

Tickets now sold to Pete's boss, via the ebay listing (also saves me withdrawing that listing)!
