I have a Grecom PSR 295 hand held scanner with 2 extra aerials with long leads ( if you were in a car you can put them on the roof for instance) comes with both charger ,rechargeable and ordinary batteries ,user manual and a desk top stand.It is programmed with all the basic air and frequencies and ready to be used.will accept £50 +postage
