A website supporting the book `Deadlines`. This tells the tale of a WW2 bomber pilot who disappeared on his third mission with 101 Squadron and also unpicks the youthful reminiscences of a young newspaper and radio reporter who was privileged to fly with the RAF in the 1980s and 1990s.

The photographs date back to mid-1960s and embrace long gone military airfields, much missed air shows and some of those iconic aeroplanes from the Cold War era of British military aviation.
