direct connect ??

Hi im trying to find out if this can be done or if anyone knows of any online serves apart from ivao/vatsim that you can use fsx and fs9 on.

FSOpen, it replaced Gamespy when that was shut down. (For FSX only)

thanks chris i use fsx myself but my brother uses fs9 is there no other way apart from ivao/vatsim.

None that I'm aware of, unless you set up your own FSD server and use something like FSInn.

Depends how much knowledge of Linux servers and working with shell scripts you have. If you don't have any knowledge, then I'd say very difficult.

there is a Windows version of FSINN, which is what I use. THere is also FSHOST which allows fs9/FSX
