It has been confirmed that 614VGS are leaving Wethersfield for Swanton Morley. This has been rumoured for some time so I guess it will coincide with their glider delivery. The winch went last year.

When is the best time they fly them and best place to see them around the base

614 do not currently have any aircraft are unlikely to until they move to Swanton Morley.
