Not a patch on a JP, but will miss them.
Can't see how 10 Texans will do their job.

I seem to remember the French Jags being a bit low coming in.

No high fence in those days.

I was down for one of the days during this deployment as a nipper. Remember the colour rudders on the GAF F-4s and the GR3 wing Harrier vividly.

The Waddo air ambulance is a now bigger machine from the old MD rotor less bird. Could have been that?

ZM335 departed Waddington this afternoon as CWL 45, assume went to Cranwell?
Under her own power? Hopefully damage fixed.

336 was still present today.

I'd like to think they would at least do a fly-over tour of old bases of the "Mighty Fin".

Can thoroughly recommend the Tempest Arms near Harmiston. Right under final approach to 02 and 5 real ales - wish I wasn't driving
Your information intrigues me Sir.

Can one get reasonable shots while supping a pint of best? :halo:

Blimey! Never used to let it get in that state (Waddo hedge).

(Maybe keep this on track for Coningsby as I get confused in my old age).
They had a Turkish F16 back in the day though to keep the hedge low.
I remember a Belgian F-16 scoring a direct hit on the fence. :Wow:

Re: Pigeon chicks rescued from HMS Queen Elizabeth by FAA

Plenty of "vermin" being saved (or allowed to survive) at tax-payers expense with all the "spice heads" plaguing many towns and cities.

The Pigeons are less hassle.

Been a bit of a saga the L-159. Looks like they're finally getting the product they wanted.
