That is a very, very big can of worms.
In short, the forum is meant to be used with any movements for any airfield or bit of sky being in Heads Up & OTT. Once something is on the ground, its departure and/or arrival time and any other notes can be posted in the airfield's section.

F-15Es normally park on the two ramps from my (albeit limited) experience, I wonder if the sun shelters were still being built so both squadrons were displaced onto one ramp.
Otherwise it just looks like a normal day of possibly 06 ops to me, with a visitor in!

Parts will be by road, just like they are to Wattisham, or Boscombe, or Fleetlands, or Valley, or anywhere else that does depth work for various fleets.
I'd imagine most of it arrives in the UK by ship or commercial belly cargo anyway.
