Re: ADS-B question

Maybe I am wrong, but after digging around, trying to nail the facts in this second instance with the ADS-B, I have not been able to come up with a clear and definite answer. My suggestion is that this was suppose to be a link system (including read-out) to the FMS (Flight Management System) and mor...

Re: FRA Falcons

FRA have been looking at a replacement for the FRA Falcons for the last several months However major problems exist when trying to replace the Falcons: 1: Any replacement needs to HAVE hard wing point and centre hard point to support the pods they carry. To buy any aircraft and then hard the wiring ...

Re: ADS-B question

when squawking 7700 (mayday), 7600 (radio failure) or 7500 (unlawful interference), it should appear in "RED" . The idea behind this is to warm the pilot to check the he/she has the correct SSR code selected. As this without going into certain detail's has various effect especially at ATC and ATCC e...

Re: SR-91 Aurora

It has surprise me, that so far no one has mention the new large hangars at Groom Lake, and their SIZE...

Re: SR-91 Aurora

Not really, the Blackbird is 1960's technology, it is payload limited (it wasn't designed as bomber/strike aircraft) and given the B21 there is not a requirement for such an aircraft. "Please note that while the SR-91 exists their is a similar type also in FULL operation mode, also operating from G...

Re: SR-91 Aurora

There is enough evidence to show that the SR-91 Aurora does exist and has been operating for many years (however its names has been changed a few time to confuse the matter). One only has to look at the every increased closed off area around Groom Lake. Which the restricted area is STILL increasing,...

Fantastic display by the various Typhoon pilots, but best individual pilot display I feel must go to the Solo Turk Pilot......with that said, I would just dearly love to see what he could do flying a Typhoon at an airshow !
