Great Post. Spent a few days down there over the last 7 years and noticed a decline in movements and type over that time. Used to be happy to get a F3 or an Andover, times have changed.

Your other Chinook was ZK563. Overflew in then morning as well, and was on the way back from ranges, when ZH899 came in.

Took on the M25 (I lost) to get a day in at Wallop. Arrived to be met by fog and mist, and about 12.30 the flying started. nice pictures buddy. Im wondering if that f15 is the one the was squawking 7700 today and landed back at Lakenheath as it looks like he is dumping fuel in your picture? . Yep dumping / venting fuel, not sure if this one was squawking at that time. 2nd time I have seen F15 venting whilst at Marham. ...
