Re: Anonymous KC-46

Madness from the boss of AMC, what in the world is the matter with showing the serial number, even in a data block? Maybe when the next commander takes over sanity will prevail? Not just AMC. I have seen an un-edited picture of a flying USAF F-35 with no serial or code on the fin, it just has the l...

The engine cover strap being marked "46086" is not PROOF that the aircraft itself is actually 21-46086 though.

Wednesday 28th

12.09 Hunter 1 currently on the range

Hunter 1 showing on the tracking sites as Apache AH2 [43C92F] ZM701
It is NOT an Apache AH2.
It is NOT ZM701.

It is an Apache AH-64E, and had ZM700 on the fin when it departed Wattisham as Hunter1.

That's probably the end for Wattisham then......
I'm not sure a couple of AH-64E movements in and out of Middle Wallop for maintenance each month is going to put a massive dent in Wattisham's activity!

Unfortunately the CGI just doesn't hit the mark in some critical details, the go-around in Greenland, and the wheels-up landing in the first episode alone looked like CGI amateur hour. Stuff like that is really quite off-putting. Yes Tony, for 2024 some of the CGI scenes did not really work and mad...

Houthis managed to scratch a Saudi Tornado back in 2020, can’t remember if the crew survived.
Im sure they lost a typhoon on ops as well in 2017. Was put down to technical error.
