Visiting RAF Lossimouth all next week. Where is the best place to go to view the aircraft? Any rules & regs I need to know about?

I recovered an item from LN on Thursday 22/9 at 21.00hrs whilst passing through. If you accidentally departed without said item, please pm with details of the item and approximate location. I am in the LN area until this coming Friday then returning to Lancashire.
