Is Lakenheath open Monday 14th May?
Hi guys and girls
I did read somewhere on this site that there are dates when the USAF/ Lakenheath don't fly, but for the life of me I cannot find it. Is Lakenheath planned to be open on Monday (14th May)

Lakenheath 3rd Apr 18
Hi all Popped over to Lakenheath early to try and get some departure, and it didn't disappoint! They seemed to hold for about 45 minutes due to 2 aircraft going u/s, although one was fixed back in a HAS ans another was replaced and all 9 went in the end  https://farm1.staticflickr.com/883/4050...

Mildenhall 05 March 18 am
Hi all Had the day off so it was a toss up between the Heath or the Hall. The Hall won even though I missed the Challenger and countless movements at Lakenheath https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4708/39930763434_78f42aaae6_o.jpg 35778 MC-130J Commando II by Mark Phillips , on Flickr https://farm5.stati...

Re: The first of a feast of 'frames
Paddyboy Ah, I remember Waddington 95 very well. If my memory serves me right, 95 was the first 2 day airshow Waddington put on. I was an SAC in the RAF based at Waddo and if I am correct the F-117 was there also. My main role within the airshow was coach parking duties, although the second day we h...

Saturday Morning at the Hall
Hi All Spent a couple of hours at "divert city" with the weather at Ramstein not good but good for the masses down at Folly lane, although the aircraft on approach seemed to struggle a bit. I unfortunately had to leave just before Reach 504 arrived and the scheduled C5, but none the less a great mor...

Hi all
I stand corrected. I did hear whilst all this was happening that there was an aircraft with a hung weapon on an aircraft and assumed this was the issue!!
