Re: Upgrade to mirrorless or full frame?
I use both the 5Div and the 90D. Both are excellent cameras; I do however, have separate uses for both, i.e. 5D is studio, landscape, macro etc and the 90D for sports. Re: 'Spoons. What does yours tell you?
What a unique and interesting post, and a super invite trigger to visit the local 'spoons to see what they hold. Cornelius Vermuyden was also involved in land drainage in my area, south of the Humber between Goole and Scunthorpe. That clock at Downham Market brings back memories of my RAF Tanker tim...

Re: St. Mawgan International Air Day 1976. Picture heavy.
Superb work and historical captures. I was stationed at St M 2004-06 in that very hangar with the Sea King HAR 3/3a. Despite the start of the demise of the Station, the 3 Air Days there were great fun, but the range of aircraft could never match what you so brilliantly recorded.

Saw it, really enjoyed it. A good storyline, spectacular scenery and a great mix of cgi and originality.

Weather and timing permitting, I'll try and get a final 2023 visit in.
A well deserved break is due for the staff at Coningsby AD

Re: Pin Mill And Felixstowe
Very nice rendition in the B&W Mark. Away from the aircraft, some scenes often lend themselves to B&W, where shape, lines and tonality produce a different emotion. Liking this a lot.

Some beautiful images there; personally, I think you have been assisted by the grey weather on the Typhoon reheat shots, as they show the colour so well. Processing is spot on too.

Lovely catches and great timing. I especially like the underside Swan, - difficult lighting and metering for detail, but you've done extremely well. The Black Headed Gull is showing well too.
