We took a flight around the island with The Right Flying School which included flying the route the Japanese bombers took on December 6th 1941. Got some decent shots of the military side of the airport while doing so too.

What was the B-25 formation? It was a bit too far to make out the fighter aircraft.

The last RIAT I attended in 2002 I was extremely angry at the amount of front line taken up by hospitality chalets.
We were thinking of attending this year for the first time since 02 but if the chalets are still a problem I don't think we'll bother going.

That's unusual, the Russians used to shoot NATO aircraft down.

Visited the collection a couple of years ago, great collection, you'll all enjoy yourselves.
