Good evening Will I am an ex RAF painter and finisher and my good friend Paul was a SNCO that ran the paint shop at Colt and he has got some great pictures from his time in charge there.Are you continuing to use it as a paint shop?

Once Bae had vacated the facility at Scampton which incidentally was built on 617's Vulcan dispersal a CWP from Shorts moved in conducting mods on the newly acquired Tucano which was replacing the JP fleet. Interesting to note is 205 (Tucano) only has it's CFS crests applied and not any chevrons!! T...

Scamptons runway isn't "fit for purpose" for Waddingtons tractors to "Bolthole" there or for the Vulcan to utilise it at present.Plus the dispersals and northern taxiways are unuseable.
