Re: Exercise movements?

Mike, many thanks for the thread link.

I’ll put it down to my age, deteriorating eyesight and missing the obvious 😂

Hopefully I can follow the action now👍

There may be another thread which I’ve failed to see and follow but is anyone providing updates on the daily arrivals for the exercise?

    Re: Bowel Cancer

Thanks for the update - for some strange reason, I've never laughed so much and my colleagues call me an inspiration. I only hope that my experience can help others and raise awareness. Chasing whales in Alaska sounds like a really good bucket list item - hope you enjoy and bring back plenty of pict...

    Re: Bowel Cancer

Since my last update, regarding this illness - I was diagnosed with secondary bowel cancer liver last year and recovered really well from having 20% of my liver removed. Unfortunately I now have secondary bowel cancer in both lungs and the fight continues. I feel well and still living an active life...

Russian Bomber reported by the Daily Mail yesterday

The Daily Mail put this report out yesterday http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4910228/Was-Russian-bomber-intercepted-RAF-flying-Cornwall.html On ADSB there was a French Airforce KC135 showing heading back towards France and the poor picture looks to me like a KC135 with possibly two Mirage 20...

    Airshow Departures

Airfield currently shut due to the earlier incident with the Gyrocoptor.

Unlikely to be any further airshow departures today is the latest from the security team.

I went open minded and looking forward to seeing the film. I hadn't seen or read anyones comments until just but having worked in aviation for nearly 40 years and having an interest in trains - I've got to say 'TankBuster' summed the film up perfectly. It was alright ish and entertaining but I retur...

Re: RAF Coningsby Airshow - Mass Tornado F3 Take off and Fly

I seem to remember a couple of aircraft were 'air spares' - so maybe it was 18 aircraft, 16 to make up the 'diamond' formation for the Queens 60th and 2 airspares.

It was certainly deafening listening to the stream take off on afterburners. :)

Thanks for helping to clarify the memory.
